Here’s a step-by-step guide to assist you:

Download 3D Models: You can find a wide variety of 3D models to print from the following websites:

Thingiverse
Cults
Free3D

Extract the Model Files: Once you find a model you like, download the file to your computer. These files are typically compressed in ZIP format. To access the model, you will need to unzip the file, which will reveal the STL file. The STL file is the standard format used for 3D printing.

Prepare the Model for Printing: The next step is to prepare the model for printing, which involves slicing the STL file. This process converts the model into layers that your 3D printer can understand. Depending on your setup, you can do this using the following options:

Wiibuilder Software: You can learn how to use Wiibuilder software from this link on your computer.
Poloprint Cloud App: Alternatively, you can upload the STL file to the Poloprint Cloud app on your phone using this link.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance with your 3D printing projects.

We continuously strive to improve your experience with our online services. To streamline the queue and ensure a smoother process for everyone, we've made an important update to our online slice service.

New Queue Management System:

Fast Slicing Under Normal Conditions: Generally, the server processes slicing tasks relatively quickly. When you click "print" in the app, the server completes slicing and sends the data to your printer promptly.

Queue Management During Busy Times: However, when the server is busy—often due to many users clicking "print" simultaneously or dealing with complex models—your slicing task may need to wait until previous tasks are completed, resulting in a queued state. It's similar to waiting at a traffic light, where you need to wait for the car in front of you to pass before you can proceed.

To prevent unnecessary duplicate slicing and reduce the burden on the server, we have introduced restrictions on slicing tasks during busy periods. When your task is queued, you can add one more slicing task at most. This means you're allowed to have a maximum of two tasks in the queue, and any further attempts to add tasks will result in an "unknown error" message. Rest assured, your queued tasks will be automatically processed once other slicing tasks are completed.

These changes are designed to reduce delays and ensure that all customers have a fair and efficient experience.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards,
