Hi!

If your prints are showing gaps or inconsistent spacing, there are a few common things you can check:

Clean the nozzle to make sure it isn't partially clogged.

Check the filament and ensure it feeds smoothly without tangling or excessive resistance.

Reduce the print speed slightly to give the extruder more time to lay down filament consistently.

Increase the nozzle temperature by 5–10°C (within the recommended range for your filament) to improve extrusion.

Calibrate the flow rate (extrusion multiplier) if the gaps appear consistently throughout the print.

Check the extruder gear to make sure it is clean and gripping the filament properly.

To help us identify the exact cause, could you please send us:

A few photos of the printed model showing the gaps.

A short video of the printer while it's printing.

The filament type you're using (PLA, PETG, etc.) and the nozzle temperature.

Once we have this information, we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot further.
