<![CDATA[Download Error]]>I am continously getting a download error when trying to print from the app. I am getting extremely frustrated. Anyone else having this issue?

This is not a wifi issue. Every once in a while a print does go through. I can also pull up the machine in the app and it shows it's connected.

This issue may be related to either the TF card or the network connection. You can try the following steps to help identify the cause:

  1. Test the network:
    Use another phone to create a mobile hotspot and connect the printer to the hotspot. Then try sending a print again.

    • If it works normally through the hotspot, the issue is likely related to an unstable Wi-Fi network.

  2. Check the TF card:
    If the printer still only receives the print job successfully occasionally, the issue may be related to the TF card.
    You can first try formatting the TF card and test again.

  3. Replace the TF card:
    If the problem continues after formatting, we recommend trying a different TF card.
