Filament not coming out

We just unboxed our TINA2S printer. After getting wifi connected and finished the set up, we tried printing from the PoloPrint app. The printer seems to be working as it should, however none of the filament is coming out. How can we get it to work?

Maybe it is because the white ish clear ish isn’t in that blue thing
