Can't print Giraffe?

There's a 3d giraffe that refuses to print correctly. All 4 legs are made,but then it seems to get stuck when trying to connect the legs together. It looks to me to be a height issue? I've tried all settings. (Normal,custom and high quality same issue each time. Any ideas. It's the only 3d giraffe in community library
