      When I am trying to print I am getting a heating error. It doesn't go past 18 degrees. We used the printer for the first time on Christmas day and have printed quite a few things so unsure why we'd be getting an error so soon or how to fix it. There are no loose wires anywhere that I can see or anything obvious that could be wrong. Please help.
