Hi,

Hoping someone can help me here. Im trying to update the firmware on this printer via the poloprint cloud app but its just stuck on "reading" for both the main firmware and wifi firmware.

Does anyone know if they ever released new firmware for this printer and if so where to find them so I can just put them on the SD card and do it that way?
