My son got a new TINA2S printer for Xmas. We got everything up and running from his IPAD and wifi connected. Now after turning off and restarting it won't connect, it can't find the bluetooth device. I tried using the app from my phone, we tried going to manufacturer settings and starting over. Updated everything, router, software, you name it. It will no reconnect now. Please advise.
