Because of snagging/shifting, I was advised to change the Infill pattern from the grid. Gyroid was suggested. How do I do that? Only thing I found was an Infill percentage.

I heard a loud noise come from the machine. I ran out and saw that the entire print shifted about a half an inch. I’m assuming the noise was the printhead shifting. What would cause this to happen? The printer is in a different room on an even secured flat surface. The wires inside the machine were not messing up the printhead either.

What am I doing wrong?!

The files that come with the app, do we need to add supports or will they print automatically?
