Has anyone else had the z-axis crash on their tina2?

Just wanting to know if this is a common failure. Customer service on my model was so frustrating I just fixed it myself.

@apple_user_1772460510 I usually web search the item I'm looking for in .stl format. So say I wanted a plate I search plate.stl.
Tinkercad is also great for learning design and altering files.
