My Poloprint Cloud app will no longer let me add new files. It also no longer shows my existing files which were previously uploaded. How do I fix this issue?

@Cher Hi there, you can go to "Me>profile>settings>sign out" on the app, then sing in again to check. And please make sure your printer was connected to the wifi and the app. Thanks.
