      I cant connect my device. I have having trouble connecting my device to this app. It just keeps saying "scanning device..." and then never moves to the next step, or kicks back that it failed even? I have to eventually close the app to restart it and try again-but i just keep getting the same thing

        @Lisa-Walczak Please note that the APP requires Bluetooth and other permissions to operate correctly. If these permissions are denied during the initial setup, the APP may not function as intended.

        To resolve this, you can manually enable the required permissions in your phone settings. If you're unsure how to do this, we recommend uninstalling the APP and reinstalling it. Upon reinstallation, you will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions again.
