@DXRKRCR what speed should I use as well? The standard is 80 should I keep as is or go faster?
Trouble printing miniatures
-
Every time I try to print a miniature figure it ends up either snapping half way or getting half way then become a stringy mess does anyone have any ideas on what I’m doing wrong if I print one of the pre installed projects it comes out flawless
-
@apple_user_1742662174 try re slicing it and see if it needs supports if it falls of or prints a stringy mess put supports
-
Also try increasing the infill %. I have had decent success with minis on my Tina2s.

@apple_user_1742662174 you may be using the wrong filament it's best to use a high printing pla
-
@Monkey-4 yes try to stick with pla it will make your machine run smooth

@DXRKRCR I just got my Tina 2 and have only used the app atm. I noticed that it sets the infill at 10% and my figures have also become stringy or shifted. I’m trying another one now but I changed to suports touching base and 50% infill. Am I going the right route or should I do something else?

@apple_user_1744031845 Whenever I print minis, I always use 100% and support everywhere. Having 100% and supports everywhere gives more area for the nozzle to move around so that it will give other parts of the model to cool. This will make it so that there is no collapsing of the walls of the model.
