What am I doing wrong, please help!!!

This is a brand new machine. Everytime I try and print something either at the beginning or end it messes up. I’ve wasted so much filament and left with messed up pieces. Won’t let me add a picture but it comes out stringy if that makes sense.

@Melissa-Bernstein The ambient room temperature or the specific filament material can indeed influence the overall printing results. To achieve the most optimal outcome, we highly recommend printing the temperature tower file designed for PLA filament, which is provided at the end of this document.
