I have printed a few things that have worked out great but the infinity cube offset the top half and then I printed the jet with the egg and the egg would not open. I printed both of them on fast and was wondering if that would be the issue? Any suggestions?

Complex models require low-speed printing,fast maybe the issue.You can try to slow printing.
