Filament tube stuck

We’ve only had this a few weeks and the filament tube won’t come out on the printing end. I suspect that it’s clogged and I have necessary tools to fix it, but I can’t remove the filament tube even after I press down on the disk and heat the nozzle, the extruder filament tube comes out no problem.
