Difficult to remove supports

Hello everyone!
I'm new here and I'd need some help.
I'm having some difficulties removing the printing supports. I need to mention that I don't have access to a PC for now.
It seems like the supports are getting fused with the effective prints. Are there any settings on the printer? -
