Printer Restarting Automatically when Trying to Print

My new TINA2 printer is restarting a few seconds into a new print job. There is no error message and no power failures. The power goes off and then turns back on after a second or two.

I have no issues with loading/unloading filament, it’s just an issue when attempting to print something. Any suggestions?
