My new TINA2 printer is restarting a few seconds into a new print job. There is no error message and no power failures. The power goes off and then turns back on after a second or two.

I have no issues with loading/unloading filament, it’s just an issue when attempting to print something. Any suggestions?

        Hello,

We have been looking into the situation you reported, and it appears that there may be two potential causes for the issue you are experiencing: a damaged TF card or a faulty power adapter.

To troubleshoot this, we recommend trying the following steps:

        1. Unplug the TF card from the machine and then attempt to restart it.

        2. Additionally, we kindly request that you reach out to us via WhatsApp at +86 189 3601 2338. We're available to provide you with further assistance and after-sales service. Please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
