Prints going wrong at the end of every print

Hi all,
My prints keep going wrong at the end of every print unless it is a flat design. It does the whole thing perfectly then at the last 20% will print it completely wonky. For example a giraffe I printed from polo print printed well and then the head started printing to the side. Can anybody help?

To resolve the layer shift issue, please download the file provided below, copy it to your TF card, and then print the file on your printer:
