Why is AIGC modelling not working

So a few days ago I made something with AIGC modelling (in the creativity part of this app) and making the model was ok but when I started to print it went SERIOUSLY wrong.i don’t have a picture but I tried to make a ring and the printer tina2c just made a scribble.why is this happening?

We are continuously improving our AI-generated models, so it is normal for some generated models to have minor imperfections or printing defects.
To help determine whether the issue is related to the model or the printer itself, we recommend printing one of the built-in models available in the app. This will allow us to verify whether the printer is functioning normally.
If the built-in model prints successfully, the issue is likely related to the generated model. If you experience the same problem with the built-in model, please let us know, and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.
