Can't figure it out

When we print the practice/trial prints whatever you want to call them it prints fine, when I print a downloaded print it messes up and doesn't print correctly... im not sure what I did wrong

According to your description, it should be that the slicing parameters are not set correctly, such as supports, pads, etc., or the model is not placed properly. You can check out the Wiibuilder usage video or contact customer service.
