Clicking extruder
-
Have the printer about two months and all of a sudden, the extruder is clicking and won’t push the filament through the hot end. I cleaned the nozzle and even went as far as purchasing and installing a new hot end to no avail. Any Help would be greatly appreciated

@Mike-Jr Fan Functionality:
-
Verify Fan Operation: Check if both fans are running properly. Generally, when the nozzle temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius, normal fans should automatically turn on. A non-functioning fan could lead to inadequate heat dissipation from the nozzle and potentially cause clogging issues.
Adjust Printing Parameters: -
Weather Considerations: Depending on weather conditions (especially ambient temperature), it may be necessary to reduce printing speed or adjust printing temperature accordingly.

Ideal Temperature Range Recommendation: Maintaining a machine environment within a range of 15-25 degrees Celsius is generally recommended for optimal performance.
Tube Insertion:
- Ensure Proper Tube Placement : Confirm that all tubing is inserted securely into their respective connectors at both ends (nozzle end and extruder end). Proper insertion is crucial to ensure smooth filament flow.
