Tried to print but all the app says now is Queuing. Not sure what is preventing it from printing. It will still print from the SD.

having the same exact issue, i've tried to load up multiple different prints and as soon as I hit start it just goes to queuing. I've tried it on multiple phones and none of them push through.

I wanted to explain why you might experience a queue when submitting a print task. When you print remotely, the model must first be sliced before it’s sent to the printer. Slicing is a resource-intensive task that requires considerable computer processing power, and all users share the same server.

If another user is currently slicing a complex model or dealing with errors in model files, their task can be time-consuming and may cause a delay for subsequent tasks. A single slicing task can take up to 25 minutes. During this time, if you click print repeatedly, it may increase the waiting period.

If you encounter a queue, you have several options:

            1. Wait for the previous user’s task to complete: Your print job will be processed once the current queue is clear.
            2. Delete the task and choose a less busy time period: You might opt to print during off-peak times, such as 2 or 3 hours later.
            3. Use desktop software for slicing and printing: Alternatively, you can manage and print your slices directly through desktop software.

If you continue to experience delays or encounter any server issues, please report them to us. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth printing experience.
