@Candie Hi Candie. We typically release holiday-related model collections before holidays. You can find relevant models by entering keywords in the search bar on the homepage. Additionally, you can save a model to your "collection" page by clicking the heart icon on its page. Hi there, after downloading the STL format from online, you can upload the models files to the Poloprint app.

Before uploading, please make sure your printer is connected to the wifi and the app. Then you could go to “Me>Profile” on the APP and you will see a “+” option in the bottom left corner of the page.Then you could upload your own STL format models files to the app and try to print. Thanks.

@Sasha-0 Hi there, so sorry that we are not sure your meaning. Is there a model that is being uploaded and you don't want to print it? If so, you can simply turn off the machine power, and the model will stop being uploaded to the printer and will not be printed.

And please kindly note that after binding the device, you will get 500MB of storage space to store your own models. You could go to “Me>Profile” on the APP and you will see a “+” option in the bottom left corner of the page.Then you could upload your own STL format models files to the app to print.

@Marc-2 Hi there, because the Tina 2 Plus machine does not support PETG filament, PETG is not displayed as a printing option. However, it does support PLA and TPU filaments, which you can try printing with.
