This community is open to all 3D printing enthusiasts. Registered users of the PoloPrint Cloud APP can directly use their APP account to login. Non-registered users can register for an account and then login to the forum.

One of the standout features of these new templates is the real-time preview functionality within the app interface. As you modify the text content, you'll instantly see the changes reflected in the preview, giving you a clear idea of how your customized model will look.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose between Sans Mono and Serif fonts, allowing you to preview different styling options for your models.
To ensure convenience, the models generated through the online 3D modeling feature are automatically saved in a temporary directory, where they will be accessible for up to 7 days. If you want to keep your creations for the long term, you can easily transfer them to your personal space for permanent storage.

Please check the capacity of my model library.

For newly registered users, the available model library capacity in the app is 0 bytes. You are unable to upload the model.

You need to add your printer on the device page. Then the server will automatically allocate 500M of model library capacity to you.

Sorry, the app does not support uploading gcode files to the printer.
The current solution is to use a card reader to copy the gcode files into the TF card on the PC.
We will add the gcode file upload function in the next version of the app.

The default fill rate for cloud platform slicing is 10%. When you need to print items with high hardness, you can manually modify the filling rate parameter during printing settings.

The operation is to open the print settings page, click on Custom under the Profile, and the page will display detailed slicing parameter options. Adjust the Infill parameter to 30% or above.
