Where is a good place to buy replacement parts for my little tina2s?

Is there anywhere I can send my excess filament like the the bottom parts that come off the models is there somewhere I can send that to get it reconstituted or something?

I need to replace the nozzle on my little Tina2S V10 and the little black round washer on top of the nozzle housing won’t compress at all. I am so frustrated, any suggestions?

Mine shifted a little bit and I am using Poloprint. Any suggestions for how to fix it?
