I have been using my tina2s for about 3 months now and a week ago for some reason whenever I go to bring something from the app it pops up on the 3D printer screen but just stays at 0%. Also when I go to the (print from ya card) option it lets me print a few things but then every thing else that I was able to print before just says incompatible all of a sudden

If the screen remains at 0%, this issue is typically related to either the SD card or the network connection.

For the network, please provide us with a picture of the "WiFi Info" section (Cloud included), so we can further diagnose the issue.
Additionally, if you’re seeing an "Incompatible" message, it is likely due to an incorrect model selection in the software. Ensuring the correct model is chosen should resolve this.
