Cannot get wifi to connect - customer service has not been helpful thus far

We just got the printer. Cannot seem to connect to wifi. Cannot use polo print . This means we are limited to a few pre loaded prints. I have followed all videos, YouTubed for solutions. It says error when after inputting my wifi password ? Very stuck, disappointed young man.
