@Mr-B I hope you’ve found the answer. For me, I did a reboot. Turned the machine off let it sit for a bit turned it back on and it was ok after that.

@Tina-j did you reformat the card on a pc? will the pc even see it? them things go bad alot

@Mr-B I did find out the tf or micro sd works better card with 8gb or less or sometimes it gets "corrupted" that's really annoying

@Mr-B Hi there, this printer is compatiable with 8GB/16GB/32GB TF card.
For the problem you mentioned, you just need to use the TF card reader to insert the TF card to your computer and then right click to format it with FAT32, 4096 bytes.
