Is anyone having issues logging into the cloud app?
I keep receiving authentication error?
I can log into the pro app and I can log into the website. -
@QballCope13 Hello,are you saying that you are using the same email account to log into poloprint pro app? The poloprint pro app use the older api for the old users, these two apps do not share the same password.
