      1. clogged, please clean the nozzle according to the video

      1. no se quitó la carcasa del acoplamiento

      According to your description, it should be that the slicing parameters are not set correctly, such as supports, pads, etc., or the model is not placed properly. You can check out the Wiibuilder usage video or contact customer service.

      You simply lift the printer's platform to remove it from the bed. Note, remember to put the platform back before printing next time.

      You need to print again after a power outage.
      In order to prevent the TF card memory from being full, the Power-loss Recovery function is turned off by default, but you can also choose to turn it on.

      First, download a model and recommend the tingiverse website. The model is usually a stl file. Then use the wiibuilder slicing software to generate a gcode file and copy the gcode file to the card.
