Hello, why is PETG not shown as an option for printing when using the Poloprint Cloud app on my Tina2plus printer?

@Marc-2 Hi there, because the Tina 2 Plus machine does not support PETG filament, PETG is not displayed as a printing option. However, it does support PLA and TPU filaments, which you can try printing with.

it is quite annoying would love for a new model to be made to sort this out and also me sent one for free!!!

@Marc-2 The Plus is capable of printing PETG, as its maximum temperature meets the requirements. Ella may have been considering overall ease of use when making that recommendation.
For better results, we suggest applying a thin layer of glue to the print bed. You can also try printing with a nozzle temperature of 245°C and a bed temperature of 80°C.

Thank you. Can you add the PETG option to the PoloPrint app for the Tina 2 plus so that the nozzle and bed temps and speed settings are automatically loaded?
