What do I do if power is lost while printing? Do I need to remove the print and start over?

        Hello,
You need to print again after a power outage.
In order to prevent the TF card memory from being full, the Power-loss Recovery function is turned off by default, but you can also choose to turn it on.

@Lukey Since power loss option is rarely known about to a new printer I'll assume you didn't have that feature on your firsts prints. Your likely to have your machine stuck with it down on top of the print, same happened to me . So hard to find info on that, I know.

Here is what u do. Just push reset button down for a few seconds with a pen tip or paper clip it's on bottom left side of led screen. That resets machine. Or go to option restore to factory settings then the printer will release your design and move out the way so u can slide the plate off. We put our fresh prints in fridge for a min before we use a Adults only (sharp blade)or if a kid have a grown up help you to pry under print without scratching plate carefully. Hope this helped Enjoy your next print.
