I installed the poloprint cloud app from the play store on my android phone.
I'm pretty sure it's in the app store for iPhone.
There's a windows app also.
Poke around the forum a bit, it's not too big. Lots of great links and tips.

A photo would be helpful.
If you have poloprint cloud app installed, in the tutorial section there information on slicer settings. From my experience I will guess (and only a guess) you are experiencing over or under extrusion. Other than setting the z offset, it's the only adjustment I have to do. It is per roll of filament specific, and I have seen extrusion factors change in the middle of a cheap roll.
YouTube has tons of videos from all over about 3d printing.

As far as I know there's no place that actually recycles spools, however some of the other print sites have plans and related files for repurposing empty spools.
Looking at spools I have, I see the recycle emblem but not the classification designation. Rather interesting.

In tina 2 forum there's a post for free files and what to do with them. The creator of dummy 13 is soozaphone. He can be found at printables.

@eric yeah i found that one. orca dont like it. it wants a .zip, .json or .orca_printer.
previously i have added a .3mf for another printer (i think thats what you get when you export it)

I tried using the prusaslicer profile but orcaslicer didn't like it.
