@Natedawg a 1 kg roll holder isn't exactly a simple deal. Due to size and the arrangement of things the machine needs raised off the table to clear the extruder drive. Anything else compromises feed alignment.
You can read some of the other posts about where to get files from the Internet to print. There's several standalone roller type filament holders I think thingaverse has one specific to be printed on tina2 due to size of the build plate

@Anna-McGuigan
I installed the poloprint cloud app from the play store on my android phone.
I'm pretty sure it's in the app store for iPhone.
There's a windows app also.
Poke around the forum a bit, it's not too big. Lots of great links and tips. -

A photo would be helpful.
If you have poloprint cloud app installed, in the tutorial section there information on slicer settings. From my experience I will guess (and only a guess) you are experiencing over or under extrusion. Other than setting the z offset, it's the only adjustment I have to do. It is per roll of filament specific, and I have seen extrusion factors change in the middle of a cheap roll.
YouTube has tons of videos from all over about 3d printing.

As far as I know there's no place that actually recycles spools, however some of the other print sites have plans and related files for repurposing empty spools.
Looking at spools I have, I see the recycle emblem but not the classification designation. Rather interesting. -
