              @Aprilers I signed in as though my email and password were already created. It could have been a temporary fix or a glitch in the system. The sign up in the app seems to be working as expected now

                  Same issue here. It was working fine yesterday, but this evening it wouldn't connect to my printer. Kept saying it was off line or busy, but it was neither, so I uninstalled & re-installed the app, but now I can't even log in. I just get "Error: JWT token"... .

                    I am having the same problem as Steve. Had a hard time getting connect yesterday and it finally worked and we printed something simple. Tried again today and it said there was no device detected and when I try to reinstall it I got an error. Then I get it was busy. Did all the usual from turning on and off the phone, device, and reinstall the app -- and now I can't sign in either and get the same error.

                        We have been fighting with this app going on three days. Yesterday, we found that if our phones were connected to WiFi we would get the login error but if we were connected to cellular data then we were able to login. In order to send prints to the printer you have to be connected to WiFi so this issue is making the printer unusable with the exception of the limited designs on the included SD card. I am ready to box this printer up and return it. This has been beyond frustrating as this was my son’s big Christmas present.

                        Has anyone figured out how to get this app to work?

                          @Connor-6 this morning (UK time) I uninstalled & re-installed the app again. Since then, it appears to have been working ok & I have been able to sign in & print several things over wifi this afternoon & this evening... hope this helps.
