RE: How do I upload files to create.
@Beckham To successfully add a model on the APP model upload page, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The printer will have free space after binding with your mobile phone.
- Your mobile phone should have storage access rights enabled.
- The file selection window should open successfully.
- The file suffix must be .stl (case-insensitive).
- The number of files uploaded should not exceed 10.
- Each file must be able to be opened.
- The total capacity of the uploaded files must not exceed the remaining available capacity of your storage area.
If that can't help, plz send your STL file to WhatsApp: +86 189 3601 2338

RE: Probing fail?
@Nicholas-Leras What's the model of your machine? TINA 2? This is the steps of troubleshooting: please go to option "endstops" to test if the sensor works fine.
A video about the testing process and you can take a look.

RE: How do I upload files to create.
@Beckham I would like to provide you with some helpful information on how to get started with 3D printing using models available online. Here’s a step-by-step guide to assist you:
Extract the Model Files: Once you find a model you like, download the file to your computer. These files are typically compressed in ZIP format. To access the model, you will need to unzip the file, which will reveal the STL file. The STL file is the standard format used for 3D printing.
Prepare the Model for Printing: The next step is to prepare the model for printing, which involves slicing the STL file. This process converts the model into layers that your 3D printer can understand. Depending on your setup, you can do this using the following options:
- Poloprint Cloud App: Alternatively, you can upload the STL file to the Poloprint Cloud app on your phone using this link.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance with your 3D printing projects.

RE: 4 finned propeller
@Frankies-3D-Printer Here're some guidance on creating your own 3D models for printing:
- Using AI Function of the App:
Once you have bound your machine with the app, you can directly use the AI function to create your own models.
2. Downloading Files from Websites:- You can download your favorite files from websites like:
- After downloading, you can either upload them to the app for printing or use computer software like Wiibuilder to slice and prepare them for printing. Here is a tutorial for Wiibuilder: Wiibuilder Tutorial
- Learning to Use Professional Modeling Software:
Depending on your preference and the complexity of the models you want to create, you can use professional modeling software to export STL files for printing. Here are some options:- Desktop Software:
- Blender
- SketchUp
- 3DMax
- Web-based Software:
- Tinkercad
- Mobile Apps:

RE: shifted layering
@Haomou-Ji I’d like to propose some adjustments that should help resolve the problem.
In Wiibuilder, you can:
- Adjust the Travel Speed: Set the travel speed to 40.
- Modify the H Top Height: Change the H top height to 0.4mm.
These changes are designed to improve alignment and enhance the overall performance of your setup. If you need further assistance in making these adjustments or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
- Adjust the Travel Speed: Set the travel speed to 40.

RE: Need help, silk pla looks melted
Silk filament is particularly sensitive to temperature and generally requires a higher printing temperature to achieve optimal results. I recommend printing a test file to determine whether the current temperature settings are appropriate for your filament.
You can find more detailed guidance in the following article:
If, after adjusting the settings, the print quality is still unsatisfactory, kindly provide images of the printed output. This will help us further diagnose and offer additional suggestions.

RE: You can use other filaments with the TINA2S
@3D-PRINT-MASTER Printer is designed to support 1.75mm filaments. However, using your brand filaments rather than third-party options is better. The primary reason for this is that differences in material composition among third-party filaments can increase the likelihood of nozzle clogs.
-
RE: Other filament use in a Tina2s
@Sophie Please note that the filament ingredients can vary between manufacturers. Mixing filaments from different manufacturers may lead to issues such as nozzle clogging due to incompatible material properties.
To ensure optimal printing performance and prevent potential problems, we strongly recommend using filaments provided by the original manufacturer.

RE: Lose filament
@Piluca To help us better understand the problems that you have encountered, could you please provide some pictures or short videos of the issues? This will enable us to identify the root cause more accurately and provide a suitable solution accordingly.

RE: my print takes too long?
@Haomou-Ji If you are uncertain about the changes made, I recommend restoring the default settings to see if any unintended adjustments to the parameters might have caused the longer printing time. This will help determine if a setting was inadvertently altered.

RE: Printer connected to WIFI and now it won't
@C-Note15 said in Printer connected to WIFI and now it won't:
My son got a new TINA2S printer for Xmas. We got everything up and running from his IPAD and wifi connected. Now after turning off and restarting it won't connect, it can't find the bluetooth device. I tried using the app from my phone, we tried going to manufacturer settings and starting over. Updated everything, router, software, you name it. It will no reconnect now. Please advise.
The printer is not connected to the WIFI network stably. This may be because the WIFI signal is too weak. Please place your printer as close to the wireless router as possible.
