@Connor-6 this morning (UK time) I uninstalled & re-installed the app again. Since then, it appears to have been working ok & I have been able to sign in & print several things over wifi this afternoon & this evening... hope this helps.
The process is straightforward—download the installer from the link above, then follow the video tutorial to complete setup. Should you encounter any complications, let me know and I’ll guide you through.
@Karen Hi. Had same troubles during hours and jours ...
AND next day, tried to connect with bluetooth and it worked !
2 metters far from the printer.
Please let me know if it worked also for you 🙏
I had a similar issue with my printer. Middle of the night, it started jamming. I had to take off my hotend and remove the nozzle. Filament got dried up inside it. Try maxing out the temp and feeding filament through the tube into the hotend to unstick any filament inside. DO NOT LET THE FILAMENT FFROM THE TUBE MELT IN THE HOTEND. You will have a major issue if it melts.
@Nora-1 We are referring to a screenshot of the error message shown in the app.😰
Could you please send us a screenshot of the app error so we can review it?
In addition, this issue is most often caused by the app account being logged out unexpectedly. Please try logging out and then logging back into the app.
In many cases, simply signing in again resolves the problem.
A version of Cura comes on the SD card with the printer (5.2.0, I think)
Open any file you want to print (.stl / .3mf / .step) and select the scale icon on the left toolbar (it looks like a square with an arrow coming from one of the corners). You can then scale to a set dimension or percentage of original size.
