@Chip-0 We’re sorry to inform you that the custom models generated in this feature cannot be exported. However, you can print your custom model directly by clicking the “Print” button after generating it.

@Steve-Walczewski Our files can only be printed directly within the app and cannot be downloaded. However, a select few files have source URLs that allow them to be downloaded independently. 15d32abd-4d3c-45bd-a5a1-8f5cdfa10c85-42e745c3765e743b8e6345b010dfb4c.jpg

@The-Family I’d like to propose some adjustments that should help resolve the problem.

      In Wiibuilder, you can:

Adjust the Travel Speed: Set the travel speed to 40.

@Chassy-Godbout I would like to provide you with some helpful information on how to get started with 3D printing using models available online. Here’s a step-by-step guide to assist you:

Download 3D Models: You can find a wide variety of 3D models to print from the following websites:

      Thingiverse Cults Free3D

Extract the Model Files: Once you find a model you like, download the file to your computer. These files are typically compressed in ZIP format. To access the model, you will need to unzip the file, which will reveal the STL file. The STL file is the standard format used for 3D printing.

Prepare the Model for Printing: The next step is to prepare the model for printing, which involves slicing the STL file. This process converts the model into layers that your 3D printer can understand. Depending on your setup, you can do this using the following options:

Wiibuilder Software: You can learn how to use Wiibuilder software from this link on your computer. Poloprint Cloud App: Alternatively, you can upload the STL file to the Poloprint Cloud app on your phone using this link.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance with your 3D printing projects.

@Jake-ForsythWe thoroughly reviewed the model library file, and supports will be added by default if they are necessary. However, there may be instances where some supports might be overlooked. In such cases, you can easily add the supports manually as needed.e29907c6-d8cf-4a7c-907e-e60d00398516-e4cbd5aba1d694dc72e6effdfaa9c89.jpg

@Sofia-Amorim The raft of your model occupies approximately 8mm of the printing area. This ensures proper adhesion and support during the printing process.

Without the raft, the printing area measures 10×11×10cm. However, with the addition of the raft, the printing area decreases to 92×102×92mm. This adjustment allows for better adherence and stability, particularly for intricate or complex models.

In some cases, you may prefer to maximize the printing area by manually canceling the raft.

@C-Note15 said in Printer connected to WIFI and now it won't:

My son got a new TINA2S printer for Xmas. We got everything up and running from his IPAD and wifi connected. Now after turning off and restarting it won't connect, it can't find the bluetooth device. I tried using the app from my phone, we tried going to manufacturer settings and starting over. Updated everything, router, software, you name it. It will no reconnect now. Please advise.

The printer is not connected to the WIFI network stably. This may be because the WIFI signal is too weak. Please place your printer as close to the wireless router as possible.

@Sophie Please note that the filament ingredients can vary between manufacturers. Mixing filaments from different manufacturers may lead to issues such as nozzle clogging due to incompatible material properties.

To ensure optimal printing performance and prevent potential problems, we strongly recommend using filaments provided by the original manufacturer.

@3D-PRINT-MASTER Printer is designed to support 1.75mm filaments. However, using your brand filaments rather than third-party options is better. The primary reason for this is that differences in material composition among third-party filaments can increase the likelihood of nozzle clogs.

      @James-c

Silk filament is particularly sensitive to temperature and generally requires a higher printing temperature to achieve optimal results. I recommend printing a test file to determine whether the current temperature settings are appropriate for your filament.

You can find more detailed guidance in the following article:

      Temperature Settings and Tips

If, after adjusting the settings, the print quality is still unsatisfactory, kindly provide images of the printed output. This will help us further diagnose and offer additional suggestions.

You can download your favorite files from websites like: Thingiverse Cults3D Free3D After downloading, you can either upload them to the app for printing or use computer software like Wiibuilder to slice and prepare them for printing. Here is a tutorial for Wiibuilder: Wiibuilder Tutorial Learning to Use Professional Modeling Software:
Depending on your preference and the complexity of the models you want to create, you can use professional modeling software to export STL files for printing. Here are some options: Desktop Software: Blender SketchUp 3DMax Web-based Software: Tinkercad Mobile Apps: SketchUp (Mobile) Tinkercad (Mobile)
