The links don't seem to work on my phone, but they did work on my laptop.

@Dale-Merrigan you can use kiri:moto to slice online, it also can be installed from google play store(not sure about app store for i phone). make sure you use the right machine in settings. then use poloprint cloud to upload it to your printer

@User1234 plus creatily cloud I save images from there to my camera the use tina2s ai feature and save as a 3d images to print

@Benb It helped slightly. My build plate is all scratched up from trying to get the first print off, so I still use painters tape.

@陆 ok okay so here's a pic of the field Onix print and the successful hand print which printed with absolutely no issues. Pic is too big to upload will need to make smaller or upload somewhere and link.
