It would be best to have a computer or laptop for better designing models. If you want to do that, go to tinkercad.com and sign up for free. Then watch a tutorial on designing models in Tinkercad. After your model is designed, you will have to convert it to an .stl file and import it on to a TF card that comes with the Tina2 plus printer. Put the TF card back in the printer and you can print your model.

@kirsty We would like to provide you with some valuable insights on getting started with 3D printing using readily available online models. Below is a comprehensive step-by-step guide to assist you:

      1. Download 3D Models

A vast selection of 3D models can be accessed from the following reputable platforms:

Thingiverse Cults Free3D 2. Extract the Model Files

Once you've selected a model, download the file to your computer. These files are often compressed in ZIP format. To access the 3D model, extract the ZIP file to reveal the STL file, which serves as the industry-standard format for 3D printing.

      3. Prepare the Model for Printing

Before printing, the STL file must be sliced into layers that your 3D printer can process.

Wiibuilder Software: Download Wiibuilder, the recommended slicing software, from the following links:

Windows: Download for Windows Mac: Download for Mac Wiibuilder User Guide: Learn how to use Wiibuilder

For Mobile Devices & Chromebooks: If you are using a mobile device or a Chromebook, you may utilize Kiri as an alternative slicing tool:

      Kiri Slicing Tool

Usage Tutorial: For detailed guidance, refer to the following instructional video:

Is the dimension of the 3d model you uploaded in millimeters? If it is in metric units, the size of the file after reading will be too small and cause failure.
When you export the stl file, please make sure the unit is millimeters and the maximum size is greater than 1mm.

Yes,just export the 3d design file with stl format from your 3d design software, then upload to PoloPrintCloud to print or load it to slicer software(Wiibuilder or Cura)

Hey, hopefully you have it figured out but if not, are you sure your printer is connected to the internet? If it is ensure you have your printer found on your app and make sure it is selected before you press the print button. If the does not work send another message.

@陆 Hi Eric we appreciate your replying to our problem, unfortunately we don't have the router near us because it is Wi-Fi that's being provided to us, would connecting anbextender and being close to the extender make a difference? We checked latency and it's coming up TTL=50.. which from what you said should be decent enough. You didn't mention anything about the Firmware version so we take it that's not an issue? Also while we are in contact with you would to know build plate is only one-sided or can both sides be used? It's probably one-sided but we can't find the answer online so that's why we are asking asking, lastly where can we find maintenance instructions for plate cleaning and whatnot Thanks

Remove what you have loaded and remove the tube. If there is some jammed in the tube you can slightly trim the tube. Or buy a replacement tube. If that’s not it you might need to replace the nozzle. The brass part that squirts out the plastic. They clog fairly easy.
