      The first filament this machine comes with is crap. Order more. Use a craft heat gun on the back (metal shiny side) and a plastic scraper to get it off

      What's your temp setting? You may lower the temp and find a best setting.
      474da32a-502e-46ea-8471-7df046fd06a0-image.png
      And change the parameter from 3 to 4 will make a better effect.

      @ohsnapz PETG needs a 70-80 bed temp, which is hard for tina2 to reach that.

      @Clio

      I wanted to explain why you might experience a queue when submitting a print task. When you print remotely, the model must first be sliced before it’s sent to the printer. Slicing is a resource-intensive task that requires considerable computer processing power, and all users share the same server.

      If another user is currently slicing a complex model or dealing with errors in model files, their task can be time-consuming and may cause a delay for subsequent tasks. A single slicing task can take up to 25 minutes. During this time, if you click print repeatedly, it may increase the waiting period.

      If you encounter a queue, you have several options:

      Wait for the previous user’s task to complete: Your print job will be processed once the current queue is clear. Delete the task and choose a less busy time period: You might opt to print during off-peak times, such as 2 or 3 hours later. Use desktop software for slicing and printing: Alternatively, you can manage and print your slices directly through desktop software.

      If you continue to experience delays or encounter any server issues, please report them to us. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth printing experience.

      I have brought an STL into Solidworks and cut it into pieces, saved it as three separate STL files and printed them. Then I joined the prints using CA glue.

      @Beckham To successfully add a model on the APP model upload page, please ensure the following conditions are met:

      The printer will have free space after binding with your mobile phone. Your mobile phone should have storage access rights enabled. The file selection window should open successfully. The file suffix must be .stl (case-insensitive). The number of files uploaded should not exceed 10. Each file must be able to be opened. The total capacity of the uploaded files must not exceed the remaining available capacity of your storage area.

      If that can't help, plz send your STL file to WhatsApp: +86 189 3601 2338

      @Bandit Please check whether there are significant fluctuations in the hotend temperature when the machine is restarted. Sudden temperature variations could indicate underlying issues with the heating element, thermistor, or power supply. Monitoring these fluctuations will help in diagnosing potential causes.
